Nashville based creative Christopher Ray Thompson was a Texas boy before coming to the Music City. Christopher has become an adopted son of Nashville and enjoys sharing his love for his new city by incorporating Tennessee into his work. He has explored a variety of mediums including photography, paint, and film before focusing more on wood, where he can incorporate different aspects of those other mediums. Christopher enjoys the challenge of creating with pallet wood as it represents an opportunity to reclaim and give beauty to a piece of wood that would otherwise go unused.
Christopher is a graduate of Baylor University where he studied Film and Digital Media. Over the past few years he has found himself in many different parts of the world, including Uganda, Nicaragua, France, Taiwan, and Ghana where he has learned the skill of framing the beauty of life all around him. Christopher is also a member of the Nashville Symphony Chorus, which allows him to engage in another outlet of art and creativity.
Since opening shop in 2014, Christopher has continued to expand his work with custom orders and other commissioned pieces. He enjoys the opportunity to work with people on custom pieces in order to bring their vision to life.
